Our vision is for all young people to move successfully from education into employment, providing the talent that our region’s companies need to grow.
Why is this needed?
Despite Cambridge being one of the fastest growing regions in the UK, prosperity is not evenly shared. Many students are trapped in the same cycle of underachievement at school and in the workplace that their parents experienced. Even in better off families, young people can miss out on satisfying careers because careers education in schools is under-resourced or overlooked. We help young people to discover and prepare for opportunities in the high-growth sectors on their doorstep. We are proud to be schools’ trusted partner for careers education and to partner with businesses to support their communities and generate a future talent pipeline.
