Trailblazer – Youth Guarantee Programme
Form the Future is proud to be part of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer Programme in Cambridgeshire. We’re here to support young people aged 18–21 who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), or who may be at risk of becoming NEET.
Our team of Level 6 qualified Careers Development Professionals will provide personalised careers support to help young people understand their options, overcome barriers and take their next steps with confidence.
What support can we offer?
Personalised 1-to-1 careers guidance
Individual support tailored to each young person’s needs, interests, strengths and ambitions.
Coaching & action planning
Practical support to identify goals, build confidence, overcome barriers and create a clear plan for moving forward.
Progression support
We’ll help young people access the right opportunities and connect them with education, employment, training and other support.
Workshops & drop-in sessions
Working alongside organisations across the Youth Guarantee ecosystem, we’ll also offer small group workshops and drop-in sessions to help young people explore their options and take their next steps.
A gateway to the wider Youth Guarantee ecosystem
Form the Future will provide a progression gateway, connecting young people with the right support at the right time. Where another organisation or service is better placed to help, we can make onward referrals into education, employment, training or specialist provision.
Who is this for?
Young people aged 18–21 in Cambridgeshire who:
- Are not currently in education, employment or training
- Are at risk of becoming NEET
- Are unsure about their next steps
- Would benefit from careers guidance, coaching or practical support
- Need help overcoming barriers to progression
