A warm welcome to Ruth Cousens, who joins Form the Future as our new Fractional Commercial Director.
Ruth brings experience across sales, grant fundraising and social investment, working with both private and public sector customers. Most recently, she led the spin-out of a tech-for-good business from the University of Cambridge and served as its first CEO.
“I first got to know Form the Future as an Ambassador, so it feels very special to now play a bigger part in helping young people move towards fulfilling careers,” says Ruth.
Ruth joins as we look ahead to the next stage of our work, building the partnerships and income we need to keep connecting young people with schools, employers and opportunity.
