Form the Future CIC started life as a small start-up, reliant on public grant funding, and in just two years it has grown to become a dynamic, international business with diverse revenue streams. 2016–17 saw us expand our funding base, double our workforce and expand our reach. Our passion stems from the desire to inspire young people by opening their eyes to the higher education and career opportunities available to them, alongside our recognition that businesses need to safeguard their talent pipeline and plug skills gaps.
