Happy Global Entrepreneurship Week! #GEW17

To celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week, we’re looking back at our impact from the past academic year. We have been able to assist thousands of young people in the Greater Cambridge area prepare for their transition from education to employment, through the delivery of careers awareness and employability skills events, a mentoring programme, an impartial careers advice service and support of apprenticeships and work experience programmes. We also manage Cambridge LaunchPad, a movement led by science and technology companies that invests their talent and resources to inspire young people, especially girls and young women, into STEM careers.

  • 1,200+ work experience placements supported

Form the Future CIC started life as a small start-up, reliant on public grant funding, and in just two years it has grown to become a dynamic, international business with diverse revenue streams. 2016–17 saw us expand our funding base, double our workforce and expand our reach. Our passion stems from the desire to inspire young people by opening their eyes to the higher education and career opportunities available to them, alongside our recognition that businesses need to safeguard their talent pipeline and plug skills gaps.
