ENTERPRISE DAY AT PARKSIDE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
125 Students from Year 11 (secondary)
Event Description
The purpose of this day is to get students to start to think about their futures and to consider what’s involved in running a business or being an entrepreneur, particularly regarding the skills and behaviours that lead to success. Students are only aged 15-16, so we don't expect anything watertight, but it’s a great time to encourage imaginative thinking about jobs and their futures.
It is a chance for them to learn more about business, namely the 5 Ps of Product, Price, People, Place and Promotion, and to have a go at creating a business idea.
The link to register on the portal is here, it should only take a couple of minute to sign up: https://www.formthefuture.org.uk/register/ (Info video how to sign up).
