SHORT COURSE FOR EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS WORKSHOP 1
Event Description
Whilst the full impact of Covid-19 on the world of work is not yet known, emerging evidence indicates the challenges facing the existing and future workforce. For a young person from 16 +, you may have to rethink your next steps. If you're an experienced worker you might be facing a change in your work circumstances or thinking about a career change. Sudden changes can be unsettling. We can help you understand how you might take your next step through a series of careers development activities.
Our ESF funded short course is available for anyone 16+ who wishes to develop work readiness skills. You will have the opportunity to improve your self-awareness, learn about and develop your interviewing skills and how to go about using your transferable skills in both a personal and professional setting.
This course will be delivered across two workshops with the added opportunity to sign up for a follow-up careers guidance session. Please ensure you book yourself on for both workshops and that you have completed the required participation form prior to attending your first workshop with us.
