Form the Future is excited to partner with Cambridge Ahead on a new series of career videos.
Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing a video from young professionals working across the Cambridge region each week, exploring their career journey and the opportunities available in our area.
This week, we’ll hear from Ben Ellis, Engines and Airframes Fitter at Marshall ADG. Find out about Ben’s journey into engineering, and what inspired him to pursue this career path from a young age, in the video below.
Form the Future is delighted to support this project. We help young people find their route through education into employment, and what better way to do so than to showcase a world of possibilities on our doorstep. Information about the world of work and a range of different pathways, growth areas and opportunities, strengthens young peoples’ capacity to make informed decisions and positive transitions. Ultimately, this is about inspiring young people to think about and plan their next step.
Cambridge Ahead is passionate about the importance of young people getting the best possible education about career opportunities available to them and highlighting the various pathways they can take into work. In order to support this objective, raise career aspirations and broaden horizons for young people, Cambridge Ahead has produced this series of videos for use in schools and colleges across the region and beyond.
